Flaming PP substrate to prepare for vinyl lamination

I am working on a project that will require flaming of an PP substrate in order to prepare the surface to be vacuum laminated with vinyl. Does anyone happen to know of any vendors that could help me out with this? We are a robotic integrator and are looking to mount a flaming gun on a six-axis robot.

Rather than flame the surface, why not use an adhesion promoter?
