Brunel University, UK - Thoughts and opinions

Hi,
I am looking to study industrial design at Brunel university in UK,
More specifically i am looking at the Industrial Design and Technology course.
I will also do one year in industry, probbaly in san fransisco.

I dont really know how the design world works, and i dont know how reputable this course/university is.
I think Brunel is one of the best design/engineering universities in the uk
So what do people in the design industry think of an “Industrial Design and Technology” course ?

Also which is better Industrial Design and Technology or just industrial design ? or is it just personal prefrence ?

I researched design universities in the UK and the names that came up were Brunel, Loughborough, and Northumbria. So I think you’ve got the right idea.
