i need a progam that helps me with design i was wondering if anyone knows of a good one please include a link so that i can see how much it would cost

im new to designing (and im young)but im an artist so mostly ive been drawin my stuff but thats hard to do cuz oit dooesnt lok proffesional when its done with colored pencils :slight_smile: it needds to be rel;ativly cheap and simple to use
