Graphis Packaging 9 came out in 2004. Its old like dirt.
I found Box Bottle Bag: The World’s Best Package Designs from TheDieline.com . Looks nice and I will buy it.

Package design in Japan was a pretty decent book. Some of the annuals from HOW are nice as well.
Brand Packaging Sends one to their subscribers every year. Its pretty good.
