I am an ID in California. Recently I want to update my portfolio website and include some of my work projects that were launched in the past 3 years. Do you know whether it's legally OK to include images of the design process, such as photos of 3D models, 2D variations, sketches and some new renders ( I created specifically for my portfolio. Not directly from my daily work)? If it is commonly OK, what kind of disclaimer should
I include?

Thanks !!

Ask your employer/client for permission to use the work first. Even if you've created the content in your own time, it could contain confidential info because you have knowledge of what happened throughout the development process.
