A work friend let me try out Procreate on his iPad Pro with the pencil and I was blown away… I had seen it mentioned here but hadn’t tried sketching on a tablet all that much. This was better than the Cintiq by a long shot. The pressure sensitivity might not be as good but the ease of use (rotating and zooming was never so easy) more than makes up for it. Unlike the Cintiq, where you get squiggly lines unless you zoom in, you can draw at actual paper scale on the iPad + pencil without any jitter, making it so much more natural.
I had to get one of my own and try some old school Star Trek.
