I know I’m too late with this reply, but come on. small city state? english? It isn’t exactly a small city and pretty much everyone speaks English. It is also a major manufacturing city, although most of this is technologically based I’m sure there is also a huge furniture manufacturing industry and therefore design jobs and more so if your a foreigner.
