Interesting Raymond. Aligns with something I was saying in a meeting today: some companies make the mistake of confusing scale with profitability, and sales with satisfaction. You can be the biggest, and loose money, and you can sell the most and end up with a bunch of apathetic, or at worst dissatisfied, customers. Better to have a profitable company that makes things people love in my opinion. Break the rationality barrier.
