I would be dead if my 914 had had a 3.0.

Have we reached peak 914 or are you just trying to get my attention?

Speaking of 914! Spotted this while walking Enzo this morning. It even had matching green velour seats.

Out in the desert for a few days for a little 2019 strategy planning and I spotted this derelict. I really love the wrap around glass!

A few recents from honeymoon in Palm Springs.

I actually expected a lot more vintage rides to go with the architecture.

Amazing how the Cali weather keeps all cars so clean. Even a 5 year old Toyota looks showroom mint.

Xmas eve spotting outside the coffee shop down the block... a very late example of that generation Alfa Spider. I think they only had the body color tail spoiler for a couple of years. Before that they had those awful black ones.... of course they don't hold a candle to the earlier versions with the sloped boat tail but still a neat car to see.

a few snaps from today's C&C... the RUF was so nice, totally restored and driven. There are a few guys that come out with these Audi S4s that are nice to see. I always wanted one of those but they say they are a pain to keep running.

I live in a specific neighborhood of Encinitas called Leucadia. It has a history of being a hippie surf bum community. While a lot of that has been white washed by giant beach houses and fancy cars, you still see the occasional bumper sticker that says "Keep Leucadia Funky"... it is nice to see some OG Leucadia in this little mash up surf wagon.

I really miss those boxy Mitsubishi and Toyota minivans from the '80s. I don't think I've seen one in 15 years.

I ironically I saw one of those Mitsubishi vans the other day. I was driving though so I didn't get a pic. Those kinds of cars just seem to soldier on here as surf wagons :-)
