What a compelling device. I’m wondering if this device would create a ‘lust factor’ for surgeons in the same way any quality tool would create for other craftsmen? Or say the latest Wacom device for designers?
That surgical robot instantly created two very different scenarios for me:
- a desire to see a surgical ‘conductor’ controlling every armature at the same time in a poetic ballet of surgeries
- absolute certainty that I would need to be completely sedated before they could roll me under it as a patient (Do you have any images from patients perspective?)
