I have a client that has low volume orders for high-margin soft goods products with custom embroidered logos. We are looking into more contemporary, sporty alternatives for them like PU silkscreen printing or something similar like a durable transfer. It has to be MOQ free and US based. The bags themselves are manufactured in China and the logo is added later. Anyone here have any contacts or tips?

Thanks in advance!

Don't have any contacts personally, but have you looked at http://www.makersrow.com?
For extremely low quantities, have they considered setting up their own operation here?
Spooltown is Portland-based, not sure if they can do what you want, but maybe they can point you in the right direction.

The overlay films by Bemis are great, you can laser cut and heat press them. The bonding is superior, they are a leader in fabric adhesives.
The films I have worked with have a satin matte soft touch appearance, very suited for sports apparel!

When I worked with them they were happy to supply low quantities, even custom colors.
