so i know the very basics of html. i know zero css.

all i want is a simple website like this:

does anyone know of any scripts or how much i would pay someone to make a website like this?

It shouldn’t matter that you don’t know any CSS. You can produce a simple website with HTML alone with no problem. Probably your easiest option (if you don’t want to outlay a lot of cash or spend a lot of time trawling through tutorials) is to find a standard template that you like and work from there. There are plenty around. Check our Adobe Contribute, Apple’s iWeb or one of the many similar home publication packages. I think that you have the right idea though - simple is definitely better especially when you are trying to display your own work (and not distract from it).
