University of Cincinnati offers their Cincinnatus scholarship to most students with good grades or test scores. I’m out of state, so they offered me an additional $3000 per year to accomodate that. There is a weekend competition, with teamwork sessions, written test, leadership opportunities, etc. that they use in order to decide who gets the $$. Everyone invited gets the minimum ($1500 per year), but they have awards upwards of a full ride. Good luck.
