Hi everyone. I would like to know if anyone has any kind on information on how the employment is in Australia for Product Designers. This country has been growing very much in the last years and I’m very curious to find out more about how design is emerging in this growing economy…
i looked into this about a year ago. i was really surprised how many positions there were. i don’t know if that country is still doing it, but a year or two ago they released 500,000 work visas to lure professionals.
if my wife was ready to make the jump, i would have considered the offerings more.
Agreed, they are always looking for good designers with experience. Give it a go, cold calls are the way to go.
