What texture is on the Nintendo Wii hand controller. It’s polished on the top half and ?
light sandblast? Vapor honed?
Whatever it is, it is quite nice. Much higher resolution than most textured controllers - smooth, but not shiny.
looks like the tool is polished to a lower grade…so comes out matt/satin/eggshell. See if you can get hold of some sort of polishing grade gauges… like these ones: http://www.rubert.co.uk/Comparison.htm Or speak to a tool maker
If you are trying to replicate it at the factory level, talk to your mold shop vendor, they should be able to give you a set of texture plates. Mine has about 10 different levels of sandblast.
