Who designed the SGI Indy enclosure?

I can’t recall. I know Lunar Design did the O2, but who did the machine before that–the Indy? I did a web search on "sgi indy “industrial design” "and found a lot of references to how cool the Indy was compared to other beige boxes, and using Pro/E for product design–no credits. I’m cleaning out the closet and have two Indy skins I’m gonna circulate to the design collectors continuim (ebay) today if I get the credits for the description.

I think it was IDEO

or Frog. I recall it might have been another place all together. When Lunar did the O2 and I recall being surprised at who had designed the Indy skin.
