Every year I get a printed copy of my employee review that has an overall summary of my boss’ praises, recommendations, etc.
Is it ok for me to quote the text from my review and use it as a sort of “testimonial” for my personal website/blog? Do you think I need to ask if this is ok, or can I assume since the review is printed and signed by both of us that it is free for my use as long as it is not taken out of context or changed?
Thoughts?
