Mr. Lazaridis in particular was obsessed with his devices being efficient in their use of wireless networks, while more powerful smartphones coming on the market gobbled up huge chunks of bandwidth.

WTF…battery consumption and bandwidth!!!

RIM is stuck in 1998.
2007 took them completely by surprise and I’m not sure they’re even aware that was 5 years ago.


There are just so many things they have done that make no sense.

They also have yet to make a phone “as powerful” as present android/ios devices…
