I’m decent in Solidworks since I’ve modeled a few pre-engineering production products so far, but I’m not sure what the best way to make a threaded lid is (the container would be blow-molded). Any advice?
Look up machine screws on McMaster.com and download the 3D solidworks model. Should give you a good idea about how to model threads.
