The word “once” is a serious and well documented source of medication error among spanish-speakers. Many people have been seriously injured or have died from accidental ten-fold overdoses.

as an industrial designer in the medical field, any improvement on the current designs is a big step. it’s hard to push the medical field in directions like this-
