Standardized CAD Testing

What do you guys think? Are there questions that could be asked in a standardized testing format that could tell an employer how good someone is at using a CAD platform? is not a good place to meet bass jumpers.

Unless a program is really specialized then the test might not be as useful.
Solidworks certifies users with a test so that you can be called a CSWP(Certified Solidworks Pro) Adobe apparently does it too for PS

sometimes you can get a feel for a person’s background with certain questions. For example, anyone who knows that copying a file in windows can be done using a command such as "copy c:/… . c:/… " has clearly been using windows since the MSdos days, and thus you could say really has at least 10 years of experience on windows. There’s got to be similar questions for CAD.
