Soft Touch finish on Zinc Alloy

Longshot here, (given it seems these board are all but abandoned).

Does any know the technical term (or what I can tell a factory in Asia) to spec a soft touch finish on a die cast zinc alloy part? It’s some sort of paint I think, but so far it seems lost in translation as they keep sending back a shiny enamel painted finish.

I’m looking for something that is kind of rubbery, sort of what you’d find on a car interior (on plastic part). I have a padlock dial with similar finish that is definitely metal and I’m looking for other part samples I can send the factory (water bottles, etc.).

Thanks,
R
