try good/high end fashion colleges who need bespoke pieces/bags for their collections (I am thinking London College of Fashion as example) they spend many thousands on final show. (sorry if you are US based)
try boutiques and small run designers
you could get an agent with links to Japan, that is huge bespoke golf bag market
try pringle golf, they make high end golf bags and need sampling
