Below are links to 4 short service tool prototypes done as a follow-up to design-planning work from 2009 (see SlideShare link at bottom). The objective was to develop a user-facing Medical Management model to help people better self-manage and lower their risk for chronic disease. The first link describes how the Network might feel to a user “Margo”. Links 2, 3, 4 involve specific “Service Tools” to support Margo’s recovery process. Teams comprised small groups of graduate Interaction Design and Design Management students at The University of Kansas in the Department of Design.
