Screenprinted Overlays W/ Die or Laser Cutting?!?!?

Quick: we are trying to complete two functioned prototypes of a digital consumer project that uses overlays that drop over a keypad; the semi-translucent overlays are software-package specific, so this device would be able to receive 1 of up to 5-10 different overlays depending on the software package being used with this device. My question: is there a quick (i.e. 1 week or less way) to have a poly or poly-like substrate screenprinted and also die (or laser) cut where the keypad buttons would poke through? Artwork could be provided in Illustrator, etc., and I’m wondering if anyone has had any luck using a laser cutter to cut on poly material, for example (with excellent ventilation, of course). Thanks for your help. I may have to enlist some homies from NC State to hook me up after hours…
