Schools needing money

This one made a splash even in German newspapers. Those I won’t
link as almost no one will be able to understand:

As the New York Times writes, US bound universities and schools feel the
recession, too and have started to enroll more full paying students, bending
the rules of admission in the process.

I wonder to what extend the same is true for the institutes of design education,
as there have been rumors about those as well…

I wouldn’t think that it would matter unless it was a school like Penn or Notre Dame where the school assesses your family need and forgives the remainder. Most all students are full paying as you will get loans and pay the school. I cannot see why they would care where the money came from it all spends the same.
