I have recently enrolled in the Diploma Program at Rhodec- a design correspondence course affiliated with the London Metropolitan University. Although their program seems quite comprehensive, I am concerned that I will not benefit from the usage of studios, peer evaluation, and the general environment that comes from being in a design school. I currently live and work in Taipei, so it is helpful to at least get a jump-start on my education through this program since none of the schools here offer ID in English. Does anyone feel that this will be a waste of my money and I should just wait to apply to a “real” school when my time here is finished? Thanks
