Rhino Instructional Books

Hi All,

Does anyone know of a good book to learn Rhino with? I know there are a couple out there:

  1. Inside Rhinoceros 4, by Ron Cheng

  2. Working with Rhinoceros 4.0, Michiel van der Kley

I’m using it on a Mac, and wonder if any books cover that or not.
Thoughts on these?? Other suggestions?
