Generally assuming we all know the basics of marketing ourselves to get a job, does anyone note any major differences in approaching recruiters vs. employers for jobs?
For example can you be less formal with recruiter or give them more “honest” information about previous employers, if they ask?
Who are the best recruiters to obtain work on the E. Coast?
