In the current financial crisis, is it more important than ever to adopt a flexible strategic product approach rather than a more inflexible one which doesn’t listen to its customers?
e.g. Ikea (UK) and M.F.I?
Just need another take on my dissertation question if anyone would help?
I just want to know if if you can have a product line which roll’s with the punches is much better than a static approach of contracting out companies to badly fit your new £5k Kitchen?
