i was thinking of the standard size it is designed to, like how mens is size us 9 and children shoes would be ______? it is a good look though!

kids shoes samples are usually a EUR 28, or UK KIDS 13.
Like any “standard” however, I am sure there are differences country to country and between different companies.

Childres shoes in the US are divided on three difeerent model sizes.
PW4 = prewalker shoes
N7 = infant shoes
Y13 = Youth
