I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for a good color printer to print portfolios. Also if there are any designers out there that know of good websites with examples of impressive ID portfoilios or sites that give you ideas on a good portfoilio, let me know!

i use canon i320 and highquality matt paper to print my folio. the quality’s quite good. but it only does a4. if its bigger than that, i usually go to a print shop.

I use a pretty cheap Epson c60 with double-sided matte paper. Then I take it to Kinkos and have them spiral bind it with a back and front cover. It works well for me, but we mainly send out digital portfolios.
Canon i9100 : Prints lab-quality borderless photos up to 13"x19" for only $280.
I have an 11x17 portfolio, so I personally stick with that size, but if you have a 4+ megapixel digital, the supersize prints are unbelievable.
