Hello,

This is my take on a redesigned Youtube website, the goal was to make it look more like an app, taking heavy inspiration from the Google+ design and the new functionalities introduced in the leaked “official Youtube redesign”.

The elements on the sidebar are retractable to achieve minimal distraction when needed, adding social updates to Youtube its a great way to explore and find new content but can result in a very cluttered feed. Adding a toggle to the UI solves this problem.

Incorporated the most used functions to the header (Home, Upload, Browse, Favorites, Liked) plus the always omnipresent search bar.

The complete project took around 24 hour of creative time, basically 2 days of work.

Thanks, I think its important for the Youtube layout to be as transparent as possible

Nice design, might be a bit tricky getting it to run smoothly on a youtube type of scale though.
