Ebay is alright, usually I just go through my list of favorite sellers to get my stuff. These are guys that I have gotten authentic pairs from and have a good overall reputation on ebay.
One key thing about ebay is for you not to get caught in the need to win the auction bug. Thats what jacks up the price. Usually I try to get a good / fair deal on the shoe and bid the maximum I would pay with shipping included and if I get beat I get beat.
Im usually looking for the odd pairs like Nike Veers. I dont buy Jordans on ebay to many fakes its really too hard to tell nowadays. I stick to the NT buy and sell forum for that hah. So to answer your question, No I dont buy often, only because the shoes I want are sometimes pretty rare and come around in my size once and a while. My list of wants right now are Nike Veers blk /wht sz 9, Air Force Ballistics wht siz 9, and the Nike Air Flight Banger not the ones in the stores now, but the ones that are on nikebasketball.com, the all black with the white toe area. Adidas a3 Electrify red/red/wht sz 9 so if anyone know where I can get these…help
My XXIs are great man, wonderful comfort right out of the box. I would never wear them for outdoor ball though. It would probably just shred the outsole to bits. The pods hmmmm you know I had the air max heel pod on this weekend and then I switched to the air zoom… I didnt really feel that much of a difference. I dont know maybe I just need to break them in more.
And speaking of ebay auctions, I just won these as I was typing. For a grand total of 17.95 shipped lol

its actually kinda funny that this thread was bumped, i got new shoes yesterday from zappos… the picture does not even come close to the real thing, but this is the best a camera could do:
zappos is a great place and you get the shoes fast and you can return easily. Do you skateboard? I have been told that skating shoes are really comfortable, had a couple friends that didn’t skate but wore skating shoes because of how they felt.
zappos was by far the easiest online shopping experience i’ve ever had. took about two seconds, and shipped in 5 business days, free shipping. and yea, skate shoes are super comfy… they do have all that padding and stuff after all. i also just really like the styles and color combos.
Went to JUST BE COMPLEX and picked up the adidas | night jogger 0. only 500 made and the highlighter pink is fresh. The shop had everything. Good looking out Yo. (never know to call you by first name or by screen name)

Grabbed these two last month in Taichung… I think I prefer PUMA, for fit and breathability. I can’t wear either of these all day like I can my romas, fuegos or 5000m
