Negotiating $ & %'s Between Design & Sales VS Produc

What do you think is a fair percentage split between (my) a company that does design and sales with contacts with the client and a company that we use for production and overseeing shipment/logistics and making sure the order gets to the clients warehouse on time.

me/other:

50/50
60/40
70/30
80/20
90/10

you should get 100 percent.

It can be as simple as this:

Factory=5-7% profit added to BOM +tooling costs +engineering & development costs.

Trading house/broker=4-7% of wholesale cost, depending on relationship and order size.

Your milage may vary. Anyone else with different experiences?

Thanks for the reply.
