Hi all this is my first post…great site by the way!
I am trying to find a way to manufacture a clear molded resin box in a short space of time. Encapsulated within the box will be recycled bits of tyre and other recycled scraps of various materials. The box itself also needs to be made from a sustainable material. The box is 4" cubed.
Any ideas would be most appreciated!..unless i come up with something i think im going to have to fabricate a PET box and simply fill it with the materials mentioned but im trying to achive something more unique and different.

First thing you might want to do is get a clarification on the term “sustainable”. A generally accepted definition being: “A sustainable material, or a sustainable resource is something whose production is supported indefinitely by nature.”
Being derived from hydrocarbon materials, there is nothing sustainable about Polyethylene terephthalate (PET).
The second might be to consider would be fabricating a wooden box, with a lid.
