so today i cancelled my xbox live account simply because it is cheaper to get a new contract than to continue
i dont know about the U.S but here in europe, they charge you 60 euro for a one year account if you just want to continue with the service. BUT if you cancel it and get a new one via ebay or similar you get it for around 33 euro, the same thing…
it is a little more effort on the consumer side with a little more effort for the company (it seemed like i have to call the support for cancelling) with and results in a much lower price, almost half!!!
So how would you be able to argue that? it´s just a rip off for those who don´t know or forget to cancel.
