Master of Science VS Master of Fine Arts

I am a foreign student who wants to further my studies of industrial design at TU Delft, Holland or HDK in Sweden. The Design for Interaction programme at TU Delft is more engineering. It focuses on design research and methodology and involves with not only interaction of interface, but also real products like wheelchair. After the studies I will get Master of Science. While in HDK the programme is more self-directed, I can specialize in industrial design, and also work on graphic design, furniture design, transportation design and interior design projects.
After the studies I want to seek job in Europe and hopefully work for companies like Philips and Nokia, or design consultancies like IDEO. I wonder which kind of industrial designers are more preferred by employers like that, Msc or MFA? Hope it is an interesting discussion!
