Does anybody know if that’s the right name for ranking products on a 2d matrix, since I couldn’t find any pictures on the internet. I need these for a small article about the topic.

Ranking how? Like for material properies or cost?
I use the terms matrix or map. ie. “concept matrix” or “definition map” or “color map” etc. depending on the purpose. Plus a map isn’t necessarily a matrix. Some people (and tools like Excel) call them “scatter plots.”
