Curious, these guys seem to take on ID’ers with great regularity. Anybody know why ? Are they growing so much ? Do they have a big ID team ? Do they have a high turn around of ID’ers ?

Most likely simply employees leaving, which might necessitate a replacement, or they are looking for other, specific competencies in order to fill a team for a new client. I doubt they hire any more regularly, or frequently, than other firms. They might be growing but most Bay Area firms know the risks in growing too fast. Coroflot is probably only one of the outlets they have for employee searches - word of mouth is a better one.
