Lcd Monitor and Tablet Size

Hi,

I am a fresh industrial design student and planing to purchase a new lcd monitor and a tablet. But actually I don’t know which sizes to choose.

  1. 19 inch 4:3 format lcd monitor or 22 inch wide monitor?

which is more suitable for my situation?

  1. 6X8 or bigger tablet?

is 6X8 size enough for photoshop applications and 3d modelling or should I pick a bigger one??

The key to sizing is just to pick an aspect ratio that matches closely. (The Widescreen Wacoms don’t match the aspect ratio entirely correctly, but they’re fairly close).

I use a 24" Widescreen + 6x11" wide tablet.
