Hello fellow Designers,
I work for a small Plastic Card Printing company. Since we are such a small company, I get the glorious task of doing a lot of production work. Although I love the challenge of taking in questionable files and making them work, sometimes I wish I could just pass the file on down the line and be done with it.
Setting up your digital files can be a bit tricky due to the substrate the art is printed on. If you are not careful, your final piece will turn out to be a washed out mess. In an effort to make life easier for everyone, I thought I would share an article that I just wrote detailing some factors to take into consideration when starting in on the project.
