I’m curious what do people here use for landscape renderings? I’m a Rhino guy but have a feeling I’d have to use another program to get good external landscapes. Something architectural style I can work with. I’ve seen autograss, cityscape, RhinoTerrain and a few other plugins but can’t afford/not worth getting just for a couple use here and there for me, and none of them individually does the whole job well. Thanks.
3DS works pretty well, lots of cheap landscape items at Turbosquid too…
Maxwell Render… has a plug in for rhino for adding materials. I’ve played around with it a bit. Not overly easy to get a grasp on. If you can get someone to teach you then should be rather painless transition.
