know where to find OLED screens?

I am working on a new portable electronic device concept and I am in the process of trying to source OLED screens in the US. Do you know of any distributors or manufacturers that have a large off-the-shelf selection?

I am specifically looking from OLED screens on a small scale, think cellphone (maybe even smaller) not portable DVD player.
