I recently moved to Finland from the “states” (lived there for most of my life), applied to some universities here and no replies, called them up and said I wasnt accepted. Spoke to a friend and he said its some policy here that they dont send letters saying “Unfortunately you were not accepted this year…” like they do else where. Seems pretty weird and a bit rude to me.
