The latest to come off the shelf is a Chinese clone of Apple iPad called iPed. Released in Shenzhen on Monday, the device comes for mere $150. 
iPed supports upto 16GB of micro-SD-based space for storage and has 128MB of RAM. The device, however, runs on Google’s Android OS 1.5 and is said to be powered by an Intel chip.
