Is this CV ‘under-designed’ in your opinion?
I’m trying to keep it consistent with my portfolio but finding it hard due to the simplistic nature of the portfolio site. i.e. no colours!

I feel there is something missing or something just isn’t quite right. I cant put my finger on it and I cant make myself start again 
Any advice would be great,
