I use feedly for all of my old Google Reader feeds, but it’s mostly just remembering every now and then to click on old bookmarks.
I also keep a folder of images I pull for one reason or another - good colors, nice forms, interesting textures, etc. It is called “sweet shit.” It is currently 20 GB.
This seems to be more for project-specific research/inspiration, but somewhat recently someone posted here (I Designed a Design Research tool!) about a piece of software they were developing for managing online research. It’s at http://www.my-harbor.com/ and is currently in Beta but only for Mac, so I haven’t been able to use it myself. But it looks like it has potential, though isn’t really targeted towards daily inspiration.
