Injection Molding Biodegradable Plastic

Just a quick question for all you green folks out there. Has anyone worked with a good injection molding house that regularly molds biodegradable plastics like PLA or any of its many proprietary formulations? I am finding that while many companies say they will try it, few actually have the experience to know how to get it right. Any help would be appreciated.

We just tested some biodegradable PP material for a project for Target. Unfortunately it added $0.02 to the cost of the product so they shelved it. It was also slightly cloudier than our normal clarified PP.
