How am I doin?

I just recently graduated in the midwest and have been hired on to a company, also in the midwest. Before this, I gained about 2 years of internship experience from various companies, all doing something different and all noteworthy players in their game. So, now I’ve been hired on as an Industrial Designer" for the sum of $35k/yr with health insurance, paid overtime, quarterly bonuses after a year, etc. Is this average? below average? great? Any feedback from designers that have been around would be appreciated.
Thanks

if they are paying 35K as a junior designer and agreed to pay you for overtime…your doing fine. Don’t get greedy this early in your career, make sure that you are in an environment which practices good design habits.
